INSIDE AREA
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs, 1 of which is en-suite, and a En-suite bedroom downstairs. From the entrance hall the kitchen is off to the left, this is a large room with nice modern fixtures and fittings and a breakfast table for 4. From the kitchen you can access the dining area which has a large table with seating for 10, this then flows into the large open lounge area with two sets of doors leading out into the fantastic outdoor spaces, the lounge has 2 large sofas and a TV and DVD player . The whole villa is very well furnished and equipped to make for a very enjoyable holiday.
The villa also has a huge basement area, this has a bar area, pool table, dart board and other leisure items with comfortable seating and bean bags.
OUTSIDE AREA
The outside area of the villa is a great place to relax on a beautiful Algarve summer day, there are large terraces with loungers and stylish rattan type furniture for relaxing, and seating for 12 people around the modern dining table. There is a large swimming pool to cool off in for when its gets too hot for you and a great outdoor kitchen area with BBQ, sink and worksurface. The perfect place for family and friends to enjoy the beautiful Algarve weather.
