A refundable breakage deposit of €250 is to be paid in cash on arrival. This will normally be refunded on departure but no longer than 10 days after your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure booking. Balance payment is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
